I recently stayed at Riviera on Vaal and had mixed feelings about my experience. The location is absolutely stunning with gorgeous views of the river, which made for a lovely day. However, the dining situation really let things down, especially during our buffet meal that lacked variety and quality. The hotel has a charming, vintage feel, but it's clear that some updates are needed throughout. Overall, it's a picturesque spot but could definitely improve in certain areas.
